Our Story

My passion for dogs started as a child, where I was regularly out in the field even being carried around by the beaters at a few months old. 

 

I have always been out in the field with my parents dogs, use other peoples dogs for years, until I was given the chance to own my first gundog Kate from a dear friend and then it all started, breeding my first litter in 2006 and producing some beautiful bred puppies.

We own dogs for the pleasure of working them and helping to promote good breeding. The dogs are bred from our line which we have had for over 20 years and the sires of our litters are chosen for their conformation and personality and usually owned by ourselves so you can meet both parents and in some cases grandparents, as well as the strength of their pedigree to ensure the line will remain strong and produce superb working dogs and family pets. Our passion for dogs was the reason we met all those years ago and it has just grown and grown, where our life rotates around them completely. We wouldn't change life for the world. Our Toddler is very much part of the dogs life and they all adore each other, he has such a natural way with them.

Our dogs are fit and well and when they are not working on the field they are either by our side or curled up on the sofa (not all at once, ha ha!), showing how they adapt between working and family life, which is why we created such wonderful breeding dogs which make successful working dogs and/or loyal family pets. The line its self is very carefully bred to ensure the health and temperament of the dogs is paramount.

Our line of Labradors are well bred for their working purposes but also for the loving, kind and loyal personalities.  There is no aggression in the line and the dogs are regularly around our toddler, other children and other dogs and mixed with our litters showing their kind temperaments.

Our dogs are well health tested with Hip, elbows, eye tests and all the relevant DNA Health tests.

We produce beautiful puppies, our 4* licence lapsed since we moved house late last year and we plan to reapply once we are settled. We do not regularly breed and our girls are very carefully chosen to help produce stunning puppies, you are able to see references from previous buyers on our recommendations page, when visiting we also have generations and relations to the puppies so you can see what you may get from our breeding.

I am more focused towards being able to help all breeds of dogs with our progesterone machine, we are helping produce some wonderful dogs, from family pets to the next show champions and assist people who have been previously unable to cover difficult bitches and also start new stud dogs. We are regularly recommended by a lot of local stud dog owners and vets, with vets travelling long distances to use our machine and advice, working closely with them has been such a pleasure to share our knowledge.

We are also able to offer Mobile Microchipping in the Gloucestershire/Worcestershire area. I am also happy to come out and help with whelping services to be an extra set of hands when your bitch whelps.
